This kit comes with the factory-style, U-shaped precision flame burner, the u-shaped drip vaporiser shield, and the burner mounting bracket with the nut and bolt mounting hardware for the burner bracket. Masterflame Burners - Two Different Burners in Two Different Eras. Charbroil has used two different burners in their 7000, 8000 & 9000 Masterflame series grills. The difference is very hard to distinguish by sight. In the grills made before 1999, the burner part number is 4594652 and the distance between the venturi tube centers is 3 inches AND the collector box is triangular-shaped. In the grills made in 1999 and later, the distance between the venturi tube centers is 2 3/8 inches AND the collector box is square shaped. All the other parts we sell for the two grill series are exactly the same.

We are sold out of this burner 4594651 and Charbroil has confirmed to us that they are sold and have discontinued it. We plan to replace it with an exact-fit, stainless steel replacement burner on December 15. Please check back then.

The triangular-shaped collector box that is part number 4501758 has been discontinued by Charbroil. We are sold out. We have no alternatives for this collector box. The electrode and wire part (part number 5155105) that is used with the collector box is still available separately. It can be ordered through our parts database look up.

We sell a kit for the Masterflame 2.5 Series of Grills. This 4501543 kit include four factory items: Collector Box (4501543/ recently with a new Charbroil part number 4500208), Electrode (5156119), Igniter Wire (4153720) and screw to attach the collector box assembly to the Masterflame 2.5 burner. This kit does not include the push button - this can be added to your order separately by using our part number look up - most models use either pushbutton 4153713 or 4153714. Check your parts list.
