We are able to supply replica cast iron cook grid sets that duplicate the heavy, v-groove design of the original grids. This cook grid set is not porcelain coated. The set includes two individual cook grid halves measuring 11 3/4 by 14 3/4 inches each.

In different model years, the length of the venturi from the burner to the valve was different lengths - either 4 inches or 7 inches. The only way to know the length of the venturi is to take the burner out of your grill and measure the tube. This burner, with either length venturi, is the same price.

We ship this burner with two adjustable venturis that adjust from 5 1/2 to 7 inches long. We do not ship 'flexible' venturis. The venturis we sell for this burner telescope up and down.

Dual Stainless Steel H Burner with Upfront Venturi Tubes. There were a limited number of Falcon Mark V grills made with model numbers that included '540' in the model number. The original burner in those units was a stainless H burner with upfront venturi tubes. We have an exact replica burner for those units. The burner is approximately 19 1/2 inches wide. Measuring in the venturi tubes, there are 4 1/2 inches long from center hole to end of air shutter. We have this burner assembly in stock. (106-735-02)

The L-shaped bracket is used in the post of Falcon grills to mount the valve - to hold the valve in the post. It is the same as the originally designed bracket when the Falcon grills were made. Has a nut and bolt to secure it to the back of the post - the valve is secured in placed on the L-shaped part.

Now, both of them are sold out of all Falcon posts and have discontinued making and offering them. We, too, are sold out of all Falcon posts and have none to supply, no substitutes to supply, and no alternative sources for them to suggest. Sorry. |
